Miracle Izuchukwu, a girl from New York City, will break barriers soon when she will officially become part of the Black female pilots which is 1% for the major commercial airlines all around the world. Now, Miracle is 24 years old and currently training very efficiently to become a “Commercial Airline Pilot” and continues to tell other people and inspire with her story.

Miracle and her family are from Nigeria. They said that she grew up herself very fastly in a discouraging community. She said because of her gender her ambition was also often looked down on. But she did not stop dreaming and let her encourage every time to do the things she always wanted for.

She started her journey, joining the aviation industry, and then she worked for American Airlines, where she become a flight attendant. She is a hardworking girl who had always wanted to become a successful pilot since the time when she first encountered one. She was still working in American Airlines as a customer service representative.

Miracle excitedly told her father about all her plan she want to do in the future but she said that he told her, “if he gets on a plane and sees a woman as the pilot, he would get off the plane.” Despite all that, she always believed that she will make everything she dreamed. She used all the discouragement and hate as fuel which keep her going towards her goals. Indeed, she successfully earned her “Private Pilots License” in 2021.

“Whoever it is praying for me, don’t stop, it’s working. I joined the elite group of 7% of females and 1% of black female pilots in the world. It’s an exhilarating, yet surreal feeling to introduce myself to the world as a Pilot,” Miracle wrote on her Instagram post. Presently, she is training efficiently to become a Commercial Airline pilot. She also shares some tips about the pilot training and also encourages many stories about her journey on her all social media platforms.
