Rebel Wilson is back in Los Angeles, after spending the first half of her year working hard on her 18kg weight loss at home in Sydney. And on Friday, the Australian actress was seen heading to a meeting in West Hollywood, showing off her slimmed-down figure.
It was safety first for the 40-year-old, who wore a face mask as she made her way to the venue. Rebel wore a pink T-shirt with ‘Disney’ embl-azoned across the front, with high-waisted black trousers.
The Pitch Perfect star teamed her look with white flats and accessorised with bold cat eye sunglasses and carried a large leather tote bag.She wore her long blonde locks out and over her shoulders.
Rebel revealed in May that she was trying to get down to her goal weight of 75kg (165lbs or 11.8 stone).According to People last month, Rebel’s remarkable transformation is partially down to following the Mayr Method diet plan.
‘It’s an approach that eliminates food into*erances, reduces sugar, encourages eating whole foods slowly, boosts the immune system and reduces infl*mmation,’ a source said.’She exercises with a personal trainer up to six times a week, goes on walks and is trying to up her protein intake nutritionally.’

Australia.During a typical week, she does a combination of HIIT workouts, mobility, weights and resistance, and has just one day per week of rest.Rebel is said to have shed an incredible 18kg (40lbs or 2.8 stone) since ki*king off her ‘year of health’.
